This is the first product I'm trying to setup and first time I've attempted to order anything on my site. I've tried to setup a free download as follows;

Product is Free: Yes
Product is Virtual: No, shipping address required
Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules

I've setup the Attributes and download filename etc.

FREE SHIPPING module is enabled

The Zen Cart FREE CHARGE CARD module is enabled

When I try and order the product it goes through the following stages:-

- I Add to cart
- I hit Go to Checkout to end up at Step 2 of 3 Payment Info where method is Zen Cart FREE CHARGE CARD
- I hit Continue Checkout to end up at Step 3 of 3 - Order Confirmation, here Payment Method: has nothing written next to it, all costs are shown as zero.
- I hit Confirm the order to end up at Thank You! We Appreciate your Business!

However, when I look at my order it's status is Pending. In Admin the order has a red dot (Billing and Shipping does not match) and the shipping address is blank. At no stage was I asked for a Shipping Address.

Can anyone work out why I don't get asked for a shipping address.
