page not rendering (text only)

my page doesn't render correctly when i access my site from the web, but when it is accessed from the localhost its ok

Please do not keep posting the same problem. New users are moderated and you have to be patient.

i noticed that database prefix in the configure file had a spelling mistake. I fixed it and then had to reinstall the cart, all fixed....
