Problem installing: This website declined to show this webpage

I am on a Linux sever and have uploaded all the files to my httpdocs folder and set proper permissions. When I go to the URL www.therapeutic-designs.com/zen/zc_install I get a "This website declined to show this webpage" page come up. I think it is either a permissions issue or is it possible that I need to put the files in the httpsdocs folder. Or maybe I don't have something enabled correctly on my web hosting side? I am new to all this and could use as much rudimtentary advice as I can get.

It seems your server is misconfigured or doesn't know how to handle .php files correctly. You'll have to ask your hosting company to configure it to handle .php files.

Additionally, Zen Cart is capable of running all secured and non-secured content from the same folder; however, if your server is configured to serve secure content from an "httpsdocs" folder, you'll have to do double work to run 2 copies of Zen Cart and try to keep them in sync with each other. You should ask your host if you can have the "httpsdocs" folder connected to the "httpdocs" folder via a symlink. If not, you'll have extra work on your hands.
But this issue has no bearing on installation.
