Error after adding product - headers already sent

I am receiving an error after adding a product to various subcategories.

Products add fine and show up in the admin system. I am even able to access the product through the recent items link. The problem is that i get the error when clicking the link to the sbucatagory folder that holds the product produces the following error.
This happens with more than one category.

"Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/com/public_html/shop/includes/languages/english/index.php:117) in /home/com/public_html/shop/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 44"

If I remove the product from the category the issue stops.

Does anyone know what may be causing this error and how to fix the issue.
