I'm gonna toss this into this thread. Hope ya don't mind but I came (this) close to posting the same question. I've spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get rid of the congratulations message until I finally got to the bottom of it. This might help someone else...

I followed the directions of everyones posts, and even googled the issue. The problem was the editor I was using.

It was changing the php somehow sooooo the remedy for this was simple.

    NOTEPAD!!!!!

What took me all day to figure out, took me about 20 seconds to remedy by simply opening up notepad, opening up the file (ya have to pick 'view all files' or the php files won't show up), edit the file, save as... whatever it was, upload and voilla!

Thought this might be useful to someone.

    =)

Notepad++ and Crimson Editors are excellent editors for php. I use Notepad (no pluses) myself and sometimes Crimson Editor (because it gives the line numbers). To edit php files, you need a decent text editors. Other editors will mess up the php.
