Users unable to log in

I think I almost have my Zen Cart store set up properly, but users can seemingly not log in. Any ideas what might be causing that?

I should add that it shows it shows they have logged on in the Customers section of the admin page. But they are never allowed to check out, and it always says, "Welcome guest!"

I logged in to your site and created an account after I was not logged in, but your cart sent me a welcome e-mail, have you thought of upgrading to version 1.3.8a
