I have been using zen cart on installs for clients of mine for quite some time now, they are usually on my own cpanel based linux servers. Have quite a few installs running smoothly.

This however is my first issue with the shipping modules. And also the first time I have run 1.3.8 version, all others are previous versions.

The cart in question is located at www starboyz com / store

All server requirements are met to my knowledge... www starboyz com / phpinfo.php

Followed all standard install procedures. The errors I receive is:

We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

Searched the forum found a few things but nothing that has resolved this issue.

Thanks for any insight or help you can provide. I am decent with php to an extent and also can setup up the admin on a test basis for your perusal.
