I've set up a download product following the FAQ and point 3 at the bottom of the FAQ says;

3 - Downloads in an order by itself will never see the checkout_shipping page ... if you do then your Product is setup wrong for Downloads

My product is set up correctly as step 1 of 3, "shipping" is skipped and the rest of the purchase operation continues to completion. The only problem is that the order get stuck at Pending as zen cart flags the fact that there is no shipping address but there is a billing address as an issue. The order gets stuck on Pending with a red dot (Shipping and Billing address don't match).

If I manually change the order status to Processing in Admin, the download becomes available in the Order and it downloads fine.

Has anyone seen this issue before?
