Field & function additions - does this exist?

Hello folks

I would like to add the following to my currently small Zen installation:

1. Custom fields to user accounts, i.e. a billing account number plus a couple more firlds
and
2. A fixed shipping address for each account. Not uneditable, but I would like a customer account to equal one billing address and one shipping address, both of which are recalled when the customer orders.

Is there functionality to add these things already, or do I need to dig into code? I have no problem programming, just don't want to reinvent the wheel

Additional fields will require some custom coding. Look for previous discussions of this to get you started.

Standard Zen Cart accounts already have a billing address and shipping address associated with them. The customer enters these when first registering/ordering, and they stay the same unless deliberately changed.
