Another whitespace issue

Hi everyone,

I've looked up this problem but haven't come across a solution yet. This is my third zen site for someone and I don't recall having this problem before but I can't be sure.

Anyway there is small white gap between my header and the top 'bar' that I can't seem to eliminate.
