    Default catalog and language conflic

    Newb here.

I have two (2) language packs installed on my zen cart French And English. The products are and have been uploaded in the english section, and we don't see them in the french section?? Do we need to upload them also manually into the french area? Can someone help me, thanks.

If installed right you should have 2 product description boxes, one for each language, in your admin when you setup a product

    Default catalogue and language conflict

    Newbe here,

We have an English only test site. We installed easypopulate on this site.
We got a csv catalogue from one of our suppliers and we made the csv file
fit the easypopulate model. We uploaded the csv file to zen cart through easy populate. We did a mysql dump of all categories and products. We overwrote all categories and products tables with this data then made other necessary changes directly to the data base on 22 sites. The only site where it doesn't work is on the french site. This site was set up with French and English but only uses French. We have set the data base products and categories to 2 which corresponds to french (language_id=2) in the data base in all records. The categories and products do not show up.

    What are we missing???

    Thank you

Posting the same issue will not net you a faster solution.....

Please do not post the same issue in multiple areas.
