Manufacturers in categories tab

Is there any way to get Manufacturers to list across the top rather than the categories?

This could be customized by building a new piece to the header and grabbing the list of manufacturers ...

If you look at how the list from the sidebox is obtained, you could then do something similar and write the template to manage that ...

If you are not a coder, you might wish to post in the Commercial Help Wanted ...

Also, take a look through the Downloads to see if there is anything similar that you might be able to also use as a guide ...
