Reward Point Mod beta now available

uploaded the files and can't get into admin now....this is the error...

<DIV class=systemError>1146 Table 'villscom_zencart.reward_status_track' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT ph.*, o.orders_status FROM reward_status_track ph, orders o WHERE ph.orders_id=o.orders_id AND ph.date

That sounds like you need to run the sql code -- if you cannot do it from Admin, do you have access to an interface of some sort for the DB like PHPMyAdmin?
