Where do I insert this javascript??

My client has asked me to add a promotional script to his site www.thetobaccoshop.net but I have no idea where I should put it. The script is as follows:

I understand that it calls some audio adverts. The client site opens with categories rather than the normal zen-cart home page.
Any pointers on how to do this would be much appreciated.

Where does you customer want this script?
Main Page?
in a product?
is a Thank you message when the customer purchase?

Don't be afraid and ask you customer where does he/she want it.
Then you figure which file you need to modify

The script needs to be on the home page, but I have no idea which php file I should be inserting the javascript into

If you look in the docs folder that comes with the Zen Cart release package, there's a file that explains how javascript files should be named and where they should be placed for Zen Cart to autoload them.
