How can I go directly to the product description when I click on customer orders?

My customer has a large eBay store and is therefore used to being able to click on the "Sold Items" to see not only the customer information but also the item description, including the associated image. With her new Zen-Cart site I am creating for her, if she clicks on the Reports-Products Purchased, or Reports-Customer Orders, then clicks on the product, she goes to the categories page and has to search around for the (sold) item description, and there may be many items in each category. Can a link from the product title directly to the description/image be provided? Thanks in advance for any help. This is my first Zen-Cart site.

Sounds like you may need to either write a custom report to match what she's used to, or see whether the Sales Report download would get closer to her expectations.

Thanks very much for your comment, Kuroi. I think my customer is adjusting well now to the Zen-Cart environment, so maybe further action on this topic is not required. I'll look at the Sales Report, though.
