Fuzzy / Distorted Picture

Hey Zenners,

On My Site the picture, which are identical to This Site, for some reason appear distorted and sometimes a little fuzzy. I already search the tutorials and found This Guide, but after trying it and correcting the settings in Admin, the pictures still come out slightly disarranged. Can someone help me or could it possibly be my screen even though on the other site, it looks smooth?

It seems to be a case of a large original image being displayed as a smaller image, using different aspect ratios as well.

If you install Image Handler 2, you should be able to fix this and have very nice small images - as your large originals are of good quality.

I did not need any patch and i running so far 4 sites Zen 1.3.8a

one of them is locate at ygfashion dot com that is for my daughter

I installed IH 2 on 1.3.8 but the software does not change any of my picture sizes.

The shop has been fine for a year now with zen-cart not resizing my images. I created a new domain which will have the same products and images. I copied all files from the one domain to new domain and changed the path to pick up the images from first domain. Over the weekend I saw that the second domains pictures were squished although the first one first domains picture were not. I looked at both the admins images configurations and no difference which is obvious because I just coped it over. Playing around with settings my first and second site pictures are now squished. I installed IH2 to see if that will fix the problem but to no avail. It still only accepts whatever settings I put into admin/images "small images width and height". These are all fairly medium size images.

When I make one of the sizes "blank" it gives a thin line where the images are supposed to be, either vertically or horizontal.

I've need help quickly, because the site is not at the same standard as before and also working on a live site is not good for my business.

I posted once and tried to edit and some how ended up with two posts. Later one had the links in it, sorry kobra about that.

I found out I need IH2 and its fix for the images to stay nice and pretty when they are being resized by Zen Cart.
