Languages packs and mail as HTML

Hello

Has anybody experienced problem with HTML mails and language packs?

It seems that zencart is only sending HTML mail in order confirmations when the choosen language is english.

When my customers shop with all other languages they are getting order conformation mails as plain text.

(all my users choose to get HTML mails)

I really need to get some answers.

Hi, I've got the same problem, and I've read more threads on this.I'm using the dutch language in Zen Cart 1.3.8
