There are many seo modules around, so it's confusing if we dont know which. Anyhow, from the name, it's probably the "Ultimate SEO URL". You may want to check its support thread to see if someone else got into the same problem.

That SEO url has the ability to automatically install itself, which can get very nasty when you try to remove it.
