Main Page Layout IE vs FF problems

I have been designing my website in FireFox and everything looks great. When I went to view it in IE, my background image is covered up at the bottom and the lettering doesn't wrap around the image like it does in FF. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Top: you are floating the ul, you have to set a fixed height for the wrapper element. I dont see any reason why you have to use list in this situation.

Bottom: culprit: navSuppWrapper and navSupp

When you say fixed height, do you mean (for example)... height: 200px;? Do I use a percentage? Thank you.

That brought the image back, but now there is still a large gap at the bottom when viewed in IE. Also, I am unable to see the "HOME" link now. This is getting frustrating.

You are giving it a 1% height, which can be too small. I would suggest using 15px for example in this case.
