Need Upgrade Help...

I am struggling to upgrade, I keep getting the following message:

/admin/includes/configure.php does not exist

I have checked both my /admin/includes/configure.php

and includes/configure.php

I have re-uploaded the latest ZC Version and I still get the same message.

This is my server info:

Zen Cart 1.3.8a

Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

If you upgraded and used brand new database, did you alter
BOTH configure files to reflect this?

if you mean do they use the same DB yes. Meaning the one that I upgraded. I do have a backup of the v 1.3.7 DB if that might help?

The reason why my configure files were not seen was because I have renamed my admin folder to make it more secure. Something so simple...oh my! Thanks
