Help on background

My website is www.bb5t.com.

I am changing sections to add my background image, but it is missing some sections, and I am not sure I like the overlaying of the images. Looks kinda off.

What I would like to do is make one background image that covers the entire main page. Make the boxes and such transparent so that the one single image backgrounds everything.

I am fairly new to web developing, so the more detail the better. Thank you so much in advance.

Actually, the simpler the better.

You can add your single full-size background image to the body {} declaration in your stylesheet, with repeat and position as appropriate.

Then search your stylesheet for "background" and comment out any colors or url's that you don't want. Test each time to be sure of the effect.

Is there a line I can add to make the image stretch the size of the whole page? Or should I just resize the image?

CSS background images don't stretch. They will repeat horizontally and vertically unless you tell them otherwise, but they don't work like HTML images.
You will need to resize the image if you want it larger (be careful of file size - you don't want it to slow down your page loading).
