I am currently approved for payment pro. I have installed and activated the payment pro module but im not sure how customers use this feature. Do customers enter their information directly on my site, and if so how come i dont see this on my site?

When you have enabled and configured the Website Payments Pro module built-in to Zen Cart v1.3.8 or newer, your customers will have at least two options for payment:
a) PayPal Express Checkout (required if you're using Website Payments Pro)
b) Credit Card fields on the checkout_payment page, where they can fill in their CC number/details. When the order is completed, the CC will be processed by PayPal and the funds deposited to your PP account immediately.
If you're not seeing those CC fields, then you haven't enabled the module correctly, or you have some sort of customization installed that's preventing it from showing correctly..

when i log in i see the express checkout and the continue checkout, when i click continue check out it brings me to page 2 "payment method" but there is no cc fields to enter information. WHen i click confirm order it will bring me to pages 3 "confirm order", no fields! after i click confirm order, i am redirected to paypal. Can you help me with trying to figure this out?

Do you only want to accept payments from Minnesota? ( Might want to leave that blank if you accept orders from everywhere)

Leaving Minnesota as Payment Zone means you can not receive payments from anywhere else but Minnesota
