    Default Login page not submitting correctly

    Problem is that when i try to log in, instead of being redirected to main page or whatever , i get blank page. But the whole logging in process works , cause if i go manually from that blank page to main index page - it shows my name and says that i'm logged in and i can also get my profile managing. Doing log out the same thing happens - blank page. Have any idea how to solve problem?

    What happens if you switch to the Classic Template, do you have the same issues?

    What happens if you turn off in the
    /includes/configure.php

    PHP Code:
      define('ENABLE_SSL''true');
    and change it to read:

    PHP Code:
      define('ENABLE_SSL''false');

    I'm having the same issue. I tried signing up a second time and it said my email was already in the database, and to use a different one. I'm using the orange eazyweb template, I switched back to classic but same result blank page.
    HELP! Please...

    Check your lanaguage files .. login or english.php for an additional line after the final >

    There should be no additional empty lines on the bottom.

    i seem to be having this same problem. Moved a site from one server to another. This is the third site to be moved to this server with zencart and the first one with the problem.
    If I olog in an existing user after they log in a blank page and doesn't show them as logged in. If someone signs up then they get a blank page, doesnt show the logged in but they show up in the admin as having signed up.
    Version is 1.3.8a
    No mods are installed. As I said the transfer was very clean although there are a couple of items that are in the catalog on the admin side but when you click on them in the catalog they now show blank pages too.
    Basically I would say this is not a customized cart other than the template is using sage.
    All of the configuration settings are the same as they were on the old server far as I can see.
    I checked to see if their is a blank line in english.php or login.php and no. I checked if the issue is with ssl off or on and doesn't matter.
    session settings are cookie domain: true force cookie: false
    check ssl session id: false check user agent: false check Ip; false prevent spider sessions: true recreate session: true
    ip to host conversion: false
    i tried this in ie and firefox same problem.

    And like I said this was a "clean" transfer by the book. Saved the database in phpmyadmin according to the instructions in the knowledgebase. installed zen cart from the original files then loaded over the backed up files that were backup from the old server. Everything looked and looks perfect until you try to login.
    I thought it might be something related to the cn of the ssl as it is without the www but I amended that in configure.php to not use the www for ssl and still same problem.
    Any ideas?

    I answered my own question thanks to deeper research in the forum.
    Just look for blank page that helps.
    The answer is to find out the problem first by doing some debugging.
    This is the link that provided the fix:
    https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=87

    Just follow those directions and it should be simple.
