No Orders in DB and Admin since sunday

Hi everybody,
I'm new user in this forum which is very useful.
I have a shop and everything was ok till last sunday night 10pm : we have no orders in admin nor in DB, but we receive the atos CC payment, so we have to call the customers to know what they really bought!
We cannot continue like this because the traffic is increasing a lot.

Hi there
I jnow nothing about the atos module, however such a sudden change indicates a change somewhere. Have you made any changes? Have you checked with your gateway provider and hosting company to see if they have made changes? Something in the return communication from your gateway is obviouslt not happening any more so that's where you'll need to focus your attention. Have you a test yourself?

The problem was that in the admin, force cookie use was enabled and recreate session too, so i disabled these options and than everything went right!!
I lost a lot of time searching in the code for nothing !!
