error after relocation the shop to new server

I had to change the provider/server last time and also the shop (zen-cart-v1.3.7-german), where I just finished lay out and configuration.

so I relocated the data base, I copied the files from old to new server

in the files
/shop/includes/dist-configure.php
/shop/includes/configure.php
/shop/admin/includes/dist-configure.php
/shop/admin/includes/configure.php
I have inserted the login datas for the data base and the path to cache
than I made the CHMODs

than I call the shop and I get the error message
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_check_url_get_terms() in /www/htdocs/w0097825/x43-art/shop/includes/languages/german/index.php on line 30

I´m no programmer, I only think is has something to do with one of this files, you can look here

Do you have this line in init_general_funcs.php?

require(DIR_WS_FUNCTIONS . 'functions_general.php');

And this line in includes\auto_loaders\config.core.php

$autoLoadConfig[60][] = array('autoType'=>'init_script',
'loadFile'=> 'init_general_funcs.php');

and this line in includes\application_top.php

require('includes/initsystem.php');
