I cant go to my webmail thru my cpanel, when i try, i get this logged error
[2008-02-11 15:52:53]: error: file has no execute permission: (/home/d2equip/public_html/index.php)
anyone know how this may have happened? I havnt been on my site in a few days and this wasnt happening before... perhaps a hosting issue?

Um, "webmail" and "cpanel" have nothing to do with Zen Cart, which is used only for making your products available for sale online.
You'll have to talk to your hosting company about those matters..
