Only express shipping...

Hi I'm hoping someone an help me out with this. When a customer goes to check-out they are given the option of Ground, priority and express shipping. However no matter which option they choose, it goes to Express one they proceed through the checkout (charging them a significant amount). Any idea how to fix this?

I am having this same issue, but it must have just started recently. In the past, customers have been able to use ground shipping or the other options. However, now it goes to express, no matter which option they choose.

Upon further investigation of this issue, it looks like the USPS module (or something else) is automatically selecting the top option from the list even if the customer chooses differently. For example, I removed express shipping from the list through the admin panel. Now, it automatically bills them for first class mail on checkout. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
