Hi,
I found out that when customers pay using PayPal eCheck, order confirmation email is not generated... not in the admin either. But I did receive pending and cleared eCheck payment emails from PayPal. This has happened twice and I had to asked customers to tell me what they have purchased. For your information, if customers choose to pay using non-echeck PayPal or any other payment methods, everything seems to work fine.
Does anyone know why this happens to PayPal eCheck? Please help. Thanks in advance.
