Login just GONE!!!! Help

Can't log into Zen Cart Admin anymore.....
login doesn't exsist etc.....

What have I done and how do I get it back.....

It's ok now..... phew!
I just moved the login file somehow to the wrong spot....

Ok this problem I can't work out.

When I log onto the website I am faced with a page that says

Index of

zen


I have to click on zen to get into the website.

How do I remove that index screen?

All you have to do is create a file named: .htaccess

Inside that file you put 1 line:

Options -Indexes

plus another html site that says do not remove.....

and I can't get access to the .ht file ..... says I can't........ and I believe it!!!
