Website Index first

When going to website URL I am faced with a page that says:

Index of

zen

I have to click on zen to access the website.
Can anyone help me fix this problem....

Do you have a URL that we can see?

Also, if you installed ZenCart in a subfolder, you will need to redirct people to that subfolder in the main index file.

It means you don't have an index file (index.php or index.html) in the root of your site. Unless you have a reason not to do so, it's best to install Zencart in the web root (usually the public_html folder) of your site, rather than in a subdirectory.
