comes up with an index page. I have to click on zen for the website to open.

How do I fix this problem......

Well Thankyou.... I finally sorted that out with your last comment. At least it is working..
The only thing is that it hangs on a blank white page for a little while before it loads.
Is there a way to fix the initial problem rather then just patching it over. (I know that is probably the easiest way especially when you are dealing with a newbie like me)

Where do I locate the bottom banner? Currently flashing zen cart. I have made my own gif that I would like to replace it with.

Actually you got answers the first time you posted this, although you didn't give a link to see the problem.
Those answers are some of the ways you could handle your situation.

Excuse me, you did give a link in your second post (it wasn't there when I started my response at that time).

Check out admin > Tools > Banner Manager, and click on "new banner".
