    Default My Site Is Gone!

    Someone please advise!

    My site is gone! All I get is a white page. I have done a lot of work since my last backup....(stupid for not backing up I know)

    The last thing I was doing was working on meta tags. I uploaded the original english.php and the original meta_tags.php thinking I made a mistake in one of those, but that didn't make a difference....ANY HELP WOULD BE SO APPRECIATED!

    Thank you so much!

    Ok...I changed my template back to Classis Contemporary Green, and it is working and all my products are there, so the problem must lay in one of my own override files....can someone quide me in the steps I should take to fix this so I don't REALLY screw things up...Please?

    Thank you for that! I started to fix it on my own, and I figured that since the classic green template works, it must be something I did in my override files, so I got the great idea to reinstall "myown" customized version, then move out one of "myown" override directories at a time to see where the problem lay, and bingo! My site with my changes came back up, but I lost the first directory I moved out. I took the directory out of public_html/includes/templates...it was called "myown"...I used an ftp program and moved the file to a different file and it disappeared into cyberspace. If you look at my site now I think you can tell which files are missing! Please look at www.heavensentminiatures.com
    Thanks!

    Ok...I downloaded the program, installed the enable_error_logging.php file into my includes/extra_configures directory, typed in my website, looked in public_html/cache and there are no reports there to read....

    If you mean
    or /admin/includes/extra_configures if your problem is on the admin side
    I tried that as well...is that "method b?"

    b) Attempt to show errors on-screen.

    One way to help identify *where* an error is happening is to show the errors on your browser. The drawback to this is that your customers can also see the errors, and search engines might catch them too ... which could be embarrassing.
    To attempt to show PHP debug errors on-screen, create and upload a new file, like this:
    Filename: /includes/local/configure.php
    Code:
     <?php
      define('STRICT_ERROR_REPORTING', true);
    ?>

    ok...I made a file called configure.php with the code you posted above, uploaded it to: /public_html/admin/includes/local, ran my website....am I supposed to see some errors on the screen after my page trys to load? because I'm just seeing my website with my header and my links missing. I know I'm just missing a couple of edited php pages, I just don't know what they are...do you have any more ideas that might help? Did I do something wrong with the steps I've already taken?
