Individual Packaging

Is there a way to charge for individual packaging? I sell large and small items... and its hard to ship a clock in a pool cue case, therefore; I would like to specify 'This product ship separate' when setting up that product. I can currently do this with volusion cart and monster commerce. Not a plug for them.. as I will be changing to Zen and paying fees to individuals instead of corporations. If it dont exist.. guess its another mod Ill have to do or pay to have done...(sigh). Another example would be if I keep certain items in stock to ship and also have items I always drop ship. These would require different shipping fees to be added.
