Header wrapper problem, Not sure Why this happened

Hey everyone

Wondering if someone could help. Not sure why i have this problem, which I will explain in a minnie, but i noticed it just after i did a complete copy of my entire zen cart store into another directory within my root directory using c-panel > file manager. This was for the purpose of testing an upgrade which I plan to do.

The problem

Since the copy was done and I mean immediately after I had copied my site, my header/logo wrapper on my live site seemed to have widened for some reason and the home link in the header which was de-activated prior to the copy has now been reactivated.

I am very confused and don't know where to look.

What I have done to try and fix this, is deleted the copy of the zencart that I made, in the event that it was conflicting, re-uploaded my stylesheet incase it got corrupted in the copying.

neither of this things made any difference.

You will notice quite a lot of white space between the header and the menu bar which shouldn't be there!!

I am running zencart 1.3.7.1
