Shipping heavy items to US states

We ship furniture all over the US. It seems the Table shipping method in ZC only allows for the same shipping price by weight, which of course will not work because it costs A LOT more to ship an item across the country than to a neighboring state.

So I looked at the Zone method. That won't work either, because it is only used for COUNTRIES in zones, and not for any zones that I define within the US.

So what am I to do?

I believe Zones Tables add-on will do what you need as you can build your Zones Prior to installing the module and when you install it there will be settings for each Zone you have defined and you can set the rates ...
