Change shipping method text

Hi. I've done a search but was unable to find what I'm looking for.

Basically, when a customer goes to the checkout under shipping method there are three options.

Flat rate with a "best way" option, Free Shipping Options with "free shipping" and Store Pickup with "walk in". I want to change the text next to the radio buttons so instead of "best way" it will say something like "£4 postage for orders up to £19.99".

How do I change that text?

I have been looking for this one myself and I used a great free Mac OSX program called 'TextWrangler' from Bare Bones software to search for the text string in my store back up, I'm not sure what you could use if you are on a PC for this kind of search though.

You'll find the text string in '/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/item.php
also '/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/flat.php
and '/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/perweightunit.php

You should copy these files in to your override folder in 'shipping' and then you can edit the text in these copy files.
