I have a client that wishes to charge flat rate shipping on an item depending upon whether it's being shipped to the US or everywhere else.
Is this possible? If so, how?

Okay... I've been looking over the forums and set up a zone for world other than US... But I'm having a time trying to figure out how to tie this to a specific item. In other words, I want the flat rate to be automatically applied to certain items. Other items will be handled via the USPS shipping.
Is this possible?
