For accurate shipping calcs, I have set the maximum package weight at 40# (in Configuration/ Shipping/Packaging). This gives me the most realistic results for UPS rates.

For heavier orders, I want to offer LTL freight using Zones Tables or Region Tables custom mods. Problem is, they seem to not work with the Max Pkg Weight so low. It calcs everything at the rate for a 40#.

Is there a way to get the ZonesTable or RegionTable mods to ignore the Max Pkg Weight and just calc on total weight (since it may be a pallet?).

I've searched for this discussion in vain. Sorry if its out there and I'm repeating a thread.
