Please be gentle, first time poster. I've done some CMS work in the past, so not too alien to me but still a novice really.

I've recently upgraded a non-live site from 1.3.7.1 to 1.3.8a and it went ok I think. The reason I updated was I couldn't seem to get the paypal modules to work correctly (at all).

Now I've upgraded and went though the mods I made here and there, now looking as it was.

When I go into admin to configure paypal, I click on Modules/Payments and get a list of payment modules. When I click on "PayPal IPN - Website Payments Standard" no configuration box appears on the right (in fact when I click on any mod nothing happens)

If I look at Shipping modules etc, they are showing up correctly, just not payments.

I'm guessing this is something really stupid, but have searched and searched to no avail (most likely I'm using the wrong terms).
