Paypal button not showing for mac users!

I finally got my shop up and had my niece order something to test it out after I put some money in her paypal account but she (a mac user) didn't have the option to choose paypal to purchase her order. I had another mac user check it out and they also did not get the pay pal option. It shows up fine on my pc. I've searched for some info on this but see nothing on the faq or forums

Anyone have any suggestions?

So, no mac users here or no one else has had this problem? The second person that I had check this out is pretty knowledgeable about computers and she said it did the same thing (only showing money order option, not paypal) in firefox and in safari. She thought it may be something in the zen cart coding.

I have someone who can help me with the coding if we know where to look.

I've never seen the problem you describe (namely a mac not showing PP options, but windows shows them fine).
And, Zen Cart has been offering PayPal services for several years, and I don't recall anyone else ever reporting it either.
So ... I'm inclined to blame your template or customizations or configuration rather than Zen Cart itself.

Then again I'm not using a mac at the moment.

Granted, while using a PC, I note the following:

1. Using the site link you provided in your first post, I get all kinds of SSL errors because your SSL certificate was issued to www.your-domain but your site's set up to use the non-www. address in your configure.php files.

2. You're using CSS Buttons. What happens to your PP buttons if you turn off the CSS buttons option? Or maybe it's not even buttons you're complaining about.

3. How well does your site validate on the pages where the PP buttons are not showing for you? Perhaps you have some template HTML errors that Safari's being less forgiving than IE about.

4. What address is your niece using? How does that compare with your own address? and with your other friend's address? What states are they in?
What "Payment Zone" do you have assigned to your PayPal module's settings in your cart admin? What happens if you set it to --none-- ?

Wow Dr. Byte, my kids would say you answer question like I do! With more questions! I know the answer to very few of them but I know that my webmaster was going to work on some of those things but unfortunately I'm apparently not paying her enough because it takes her several weeks to address each problem. You've given me some good places to look for solutions so hopefully I can get her to help me start here.

I'll copy your list of questions and forward them to her.

I though as I'm on a mac i would have a look....

Is it the express checkout button that isn't working? I checked the source of your page and there is no code between:

<!-- ** END PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT ** -->If I compare it to other Zen Carts the code is there and the button works fine.

I have tested on Safari and Firefox and I get the same problem so it seems to be OS specific and not browser specific, like Dr. Byte said it has to be something with your template or overrides as every zen cart I have developed or used has never had this problem.
