I am trying to find out where to go to remove the border around the EZ Page Navigation Bar and the border on the right and left margins of my page... Also, I need to know how to make the width of the center box align with the header/logo at the top.

Upgrade! you are using what appears to be 1.3.0.1 and the issue is with tables and these are not used in later versions
