I know this is a stupid question and the answer must be staring me in the face, but I can't find the patch file which contains all the fixes made in this thread.

In the past I've only noticed patches being released to address security issues and/or major issues. Maybe I'm wrong. For example, after the release of 1.3.8 we had 1.3.8a, which fixed several issues like SMTP email problems and installer problems.
