Extra Image showing under catalog description for some reason

Does anybody know or have you had this problem before.
I have a Extra Image showing under my description on my web site. Not all my products have this extra image. I'm using zen lightbox but I had the extra image before that. When you click on the image, zen lightbox tries to work but doesn't do anything. I want to know how I can get rid of this extra picture. Thank you for your reply. Here is an example of what I'm talking about.

In Admin/Catalog/Product Type/your product type..usually General/Edit Layout,
set Show Product Additional Images to 0.

same general issue here except I WANT the additional image -- am using Zen Lightbox, but the 2nd image won't load in the pop-up (it DOES appear on the page as additional images) ... I have addt'l images set to show etc.

When I click "Next" from the primary item pop-up (with zen lightbox) nothing loads, but the window is the correct size (because my images are of uniform size)

However, when I click the additional image thumbnail, I get an incorrectly sized pop up with a blank space (and no image count ie: 1/2)
