Duplicate Key Error - Sometime

Hi!

About every 2 out of 3 times I try to access my store I get the message:

1062 Duplicate entry 'zc_6ec65decb95a7741ada473af0fde76e1' for key 1
in:
[db_cache table]

If I click refresh it loads OK but my main concern if a customer sees that message they'd freak and just leave.

I am running 1.3.8a, PHP 4.4.7, MySQL 4.1.22-standard.

Any idea what may be causing this?

How do you access your store? From a bookmark or just type the address?

I type the address in the address bar, not from a bookmark
