Help about error 1146 Table.. SQL database Help

I am not sure how this happened but I got this Error all of a sudden, maybe one of you guys have been through this before. I really would like for someone to give me some help. I have this error on my page,

1146 Table 'Mysite_zc1.TABLE_MUSIC_GENRE' doesn't exist
in:
[select music_genre_id, music_genre_name from TABLE_MUSIC_GENRE order by music_genre_name]

I tried asking my webhosting company for help, but they said that they can't help e with those things. Is it cuz I picked a bad hosting company? do hosting companies usually offer tech help? Maybe I should switch to a new hosting company.

I think what I need to solve this problem is to upload the database table of Table_music_genre .. If this is the problem can someone offer me a fresh install of this database table? My zencart install is very fresh with few mods.

I also have all the files for install of Zencart, and I see that thy have a folder with "install" and SQL databases. Maybe one fo you guys can tell me which file to upload to my database to fix this.
any help would be very appreciated.

Try re-uploading your /includes/extra_datafiles/music_type_database_names.php file ... it must be missing or damaged.
