HoverBox 3 - Official Thread

I am trying to figure out how to get hoverbox to display the _MED files when clicked on in the product info page. I have a normal size image on the category menu then on the product info page i have a _MED file which i want to make larger with hoverbox 3. For some reason it displays the main product image on the category page. Is there a fix for this?

OK I have figured out that the reason it wasn't displaying the pop up window was because the image was too big. So now I can get it to display a larger image when clicked however is there a way to allow the hoverbox 3 to take over instead of the popup window?

Also I am trying to add additional images to the hoverbox slideshow. So i can get the arrow to the right and click next for additional images? Anyone know how to do this?

Some of these problems could be caused by having image handler 2 which is turned off i believe, hoverbox 3, fuel box or something, and zen light box. I really need to figure out how to have it to where when the product info image is clicked it brings a larger picture of that picture. What my site is doing is bringing the category picture. Look at the site and test it you will see what I am talking about. Anyone know how to remove these other programs and get hoverbox working a little better?

Hello, ive installed Hoverbox3 over light box (after looking @ both demo's i decided hover was a nicer look & feel) i already had image handler2 installed, configured and tested

install went fine, existing products & picture worked fine, but when trying to upload new pictures & products, i found image handler 2 wasnt installed anymore (i had to click install IH2 under admin->tools->IH2) then it seemed to run fine, but

when i upload new pictures IH2 hover works fine, for all images but hover only works for the main picture (except for pictures installed before Hoverbox3) alt pictures never load.....

any ideas?

today, tried full delete restore backup & reinstall, still no luck.....
now no products 2nd images works.....

Hello all,

Please help me to get this mod - HB3 working.

I have done a fresh install of HB3. I didn't have IH2 and uninstalled Zen Lightbox (which also never worked) completely.

On my product page, I do see the main product image with the caption of enlarge image, when i click on it, it just opens up the image on a NEW page not like a overlay effect.

Could someone please guide me how to get this working ? Thank you.

heavy construction so please wear your hard hat. lol..
this is the only product that has an image at this time..

in fact the product name doesnt show up like in all the examples I see either.

The produce name started showing up but still no rounded corners or close button, anyone have any ideas?
