Possible to do a quantity discount across multiple items?

Setting this thing up for the first time, and it's easier than I figured it would be - but I'm trying to figure something out.

Pretty much everything in each category is the same price. Just different items. Is it possible to set this thing up so that item 1 costs $2, and then you go up to quantity 3 (total, not just of one item), the total drops to $5, etc., etc.?

Basically...

Add green widget: $2.00
Add blue widget: $4.00
Add yellow widget: $5.00

and now to go see if I can get paypal working...
