    Default Re: switching to www.sitename.com

The link there is the old one. I had a thread about that that never got answered, so we ended up just doing a fresh install. I just left that up for a while in case someone did answer the thread. I have no idea what went wrong, the junk characters on the top are NOT in any of the template or config files, and i have no idea why it did that.

As for the current installiation, I finally did get something to work. Someone suggested searching for using .htaccess with SSL. I never did find anything about that, but I did find someone who turned the cookie domain in the admin-configureation-sessions to False instead of True. I had to go back to the original configure files, change that, and then uploading the new ones seems to work. Now, my question is will that be a good idea? Turning the cookie domain to false, i mean.

Ok, it didn't work completly. An outside link is still forced to printographics.com instead of www.printographics.com. Even when I put the www in the link, that first page will end up just being printographics.com.

Once you're there, all the other links are fine. Just that first page when you come in from outside.
