Nice tutorial by yellow to standardize but you asked

And this what I thought you were trying all along and product listing uses the same logic

Buy now is for items that have no attributes and "more info" is for items that require additional input to make a complete purchase - i.e. with selectable attributes

And "more" is only displayed in place of buy/add where required
