    Default Shipping Estimator Incorrect

I just noticed that I lost a potential customer, and I'm pretty sure why. I have a product whose shipping weight is 0.1 lbs. When I add 12 of these to my cart and estimate shipping, it says it weighs 4.8 lbs. and charges accordingly for shipping. Why is this?

    Check these items...

Check your tare weights and the max shipping weight you will ship.
I would think it is the tare weight, but I am having shipping issues myself...LOL

Personally, the shipping is the hardest thing I have tried to tackle with Zen. Try to get the shipping right on a "dimensional shipping" item...

I'm showing 0:3 and I have no idea what that means. My brain isn't in good shape right now!

Change it to 0:0 and it won't add 3lbs to the weight. The ratio refers to a tare packaging weight. i.e. If your packaging weighs 3lbs for every product, then your ratio would be 0:3, if it weighs 3lbs for every 1lbs of product weight, then your ratio would be 1:3

    Thanks! I think that works.
